BOSS Systems is operated by Boston Rossall in Tyler, Texas. We provide phone answering services for local businesses and operate the BOSS Partnership Program for teens and young adults.
What We Collect
We collect only what we need to provide our services:
- Business clients: Business name, phone number, email address, city, business type
- Partnership Program applicants: First name, phone number, city, age, business preference, hours available
- Parents/guardians (for partners under 18): Name and phone number
- Website visitors: No tracking cookies, no analytics pixels, no third-party trackers
- Phone calls handled by the AI receptionist: Caller name, phone number, reason for call, appointment details
How We Use It
- To provide the phone answering service you signed up for
- To process BOSS Partnership Program applications
- To contact you about your account or application
- To send marketing emails (only with your consent — you can unsubscribe anytime)
Who Has Access
Your data is accessible only to Boston Rossall (founder and sole operator). We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party.
Our services use the following infrastructure providers who may process data on our behalf:
- Retell AI — powers the phone answering system
- Google Sheets — stores business data (access restricted to BOSS Systems account)
- n8n Cloud — runs automated workflows
- GitHub Pages — hosts this website (no personal data stored)
How We Protect It
- All data is stored in password-protected, access-restricted accounts
- No personal data is stored in public repositories
- API keys and credentials are kept in local configuration files, never committed to version control
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access — ask what data we have about you
- Correct — ask us to fix incorrect data
- Delete — ask us to remove all your data
- Unsubscribe — opt out of marketing emails at any time
- Withdraw — cancel your service or partner program participation at any time

Children's Privacy
The BOSS Partnership Program accepts applicants ages 14 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 14. If we discover we have collected data from someone under 14, we will delete it immediately.
For all applicants under 18, we contact a parent or guardian before activating any services.
Data Retention
- Active clients: data retained while service is active, deleted within 30 days of cancellation upon request
- Partner applicants: application data retained for the program duration, deleted within 30 days of program end upon request
- Marketing contacts: removed within 10 days of unsubscribe request
Changes to This Policy
If we make changes to this policy, we will update the "last updated" date at the top. For significant changes, we will notify affected users directly.
