Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

You can cancel your BOSS Systems service at any time. No contracts, no cancellation fees, no questions asked. Send a text to (903) 522-4459 or email bosssystemsai@gmail.com and we will deactivate your service within 24 hours.

Monthly Service ($50/month)

• Cancel anytime before your next billing date and you will not be charged again.
• No partial-month refunds for the current billing period.
• If you cancel within the first 30 days, we will refund your first month in full.

Custom Build Fee ($250)

• The setup fee covers building your custom AI phone system.
• If we fail to deliver a working system within 7 days, you get a full refund of the setup fee.
• Once your system is live and taking calls, the setup fee is non-refundable.

BOSS Build ($1,497 - $5,997)

• 50% deposit required before build starts.
• If we fail to deliver the agreed scope within 14 days, full deposit refunded.
• Final payment due upon delivery and approval.

How Refunds Work

All refunds are processed via Venmo within 3 business days. If you paid by a different method, we will coordinate the refund through the same channel.
