Your teenager applied for the BOSS Partnership Program. Before anything is activated, I wanted to explain exactly what this is, what it isn't, and give you a direct line to me.
My name is Boston Rossall. I'm 17 years old, from Tyler, Texas. I built BOSS Systems — a set of tools that help small businesses answer their phones and manage bookings. The BOSS Partnership Program lets partners run their own business using those tools.
I take this seriously. Here's what I do for every partner under 18:
Recommended businesses for teens under 18:
Lawn care, pet sitting, car detailing, tutoring, closet/garage organizing, social media management, photography, event decoration
Junk removal and pressure washing involve heavier equipment and are recommended for partners 18+.
Realistic earnings: Most businesses in the program earn $300-$750/week after all costs and the 20% fee, depending on business type, market, and hours worked. These are projections based on market rates — not guarantees.
I collect only what I need: your teen's first name, phone number, city, age, and business preference. For parents, just your name and phone number so I can reach you. I don't sell or share any of it. Full details: Privacy Policy.
If you run a business yourself: You know what this costs to build. Website, phone system, booking, reviews — that's $5,000-$10,000 and months of setup. Your kid gets all of it built in 24 hours, for free. The 20% fee only kicks in when they earn. You'd take that deal.
If your first concern is safety: Every partner under 18 gets safety training before their first job. They never enter a stranger's home alone (pair-work is always an option). The AI system handles all customer communication — your teen never gets a hostile or inappropriate phone call. I text you directly before anything is activated, and my number is always on: (903) 714-6162.
If you're thinking about college applications: Running a profitable business as a teenager is one of the strongest extracurriculars on a college application. Admissions officers see thousands of club presidents. They rarely see a 16-year-old who built a real business with real clients and real revenue. This is proof of initiative that grades alone can't show.
If your main concern is school: The program is flexible year-round. During the school year, most partners shift to weekends only — and they can stop anytime with 3 days notice. No contracts, no pressure.
"Is this legal? My kid is 15."
Yes. The program accepts ages 14+. Your teen runs their own business as a sole proprietor — this is the same legal structure as a kid mowing lawns or babysitting, just with better tools. We don't employ your teen — they're an independent operator. Texas labor law permits minors to operate their own businesses. That said, I require your approval before activating anything for anyone under 18.
"What if my kid has a bad experience with a customer?"
Text me immediately. I'll help resolve it. If there's ever a safety concern, your teen should leave the situation and call you first, then me. I include customer-interaction training in the partner onboarding for exactly this reason.
"What if they want to quit after a week?"
That's fine. 3 days notice by text. No penalty. No fee. They keep everything they earned. The system deactivates. No hard feelings.
"Who is Boston Rossall?"
I'm a 17-year-old in Tyler, Texas who builds automated tools for small businesses. BOSS Systems is my company. I'm not backed by investors or running some Silicon Valley startup. I'm a kid who taught himself to code and builds things that work. You can call me directly at (903) 714-6162 anytime.
