The Agreement

What You're Actually Agreeing To

No lawyers. Boston is 17. This runs on trust and a text agreement. Here's the whole thing:

  • No end date. This runs as long as you want. Quit anytime with 3 days notice. You can keep the AI running at standard pricing, or it stops. Your choice.
  • You report revenue honestly every Sunday. The system runs on your word. If you're the type to fudge numbers, this isn't for you.
  • Either party can end the agreement with 3 days notice. No hard feelings. No penalty. Business stops, AI deactivates.
  • BOSS Systems only makes money when you do. Zero revenue means zero payment. The 20% only applies to actual jobs completed.
  • Don't flake on booked jobs. Bad reviews hurt the market we both operate in. If you're not going to do the work, say that now.
  • The business name and reputation are yours. BOSS Systems' name is nowhere on it. We're just the tech team.
  • Payment via Venmo @BosRoss. Boston is 17 and can't use Stripe. The program runs on Venmo only.

What if no calls come in the first week?
The AI answers every call, but first you have to get calls. That means posting on Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, and Nextdoor the day you go live. Most partners get their first job within 48 hours of posting. BOSS Systems gives you the exact posts to use. If you're not willing to post on social in week one, this isn't for you.
Why does BOSS Systems take 20%? That seems like a lot for "just building an app."
You're not paying for an app. You're getting a dedicated phone number, a custom AI agent trained on your business type, automated booking, payment collection, review requests, and ongoing support, with zero upfront cost. BOSS Systems takes a 20% fee and only gets paid if you do. If you think you can build that yourself, go for it. If not, 20% for a free AI-powered business is a good deal.
What if something breaks or the AI says something wrong?
Text 903-522-4459. BOSS Systems monitors all partner systems and fixes issues same day. The AI is trained specifically on your business type and has been used on real businesses. If it quotes a wrong price or books the wrong thing, we fix the training. You're not on your own.
What if I want to quit?
3 days notice by text. BOSS Systems deactivates the system. No penalty, no hard feelings. The business name and any reviews you built are yours to keep. You can keep the AI running at standard pricing or run the business manually.
How does BOSS Systems know I'm reporting the right revenue number?
We don't check every transaction. This runs on your word. The AI system logs every booking, which gives a rough cross-check. If the numbers consistently don't match, the agreement ends. Partners who are honest about a bad week get support. Partners who fudge numbers lose the system and the market.
I've never run a business. Can I actually do this?
Yes. That's exactly who this is for. You don't need business experience. You need to be reliable, willing to post on social, and actually show up for jobs. The AI handles everything that requires business knowledge. You just need to do the physical work and answer your phone when Boston texts you.
What if it doesn't work and I look dumb?
It costs $0 to start and you can quit with 3 days notice. If it doesn't work out, you wasted a Saturday and nobody has to know.
